Site summary: FSBO ("For Sale By Owner") real estate website with national presence. Monday Lambson was retained to perform a site overhaul, including visual and usability redesign, SEO improvements, security improvements, bug fixes, and other enhancements.
During the first redesign, the website was substantially streamlined:
- 40% reduction in back-end complexity,
- 50% average reduction in reduction in overall HTTP page sizes,
- 60% reduction in HTTP requests, and
- 30% - 60% reduction in page load times.
resulting in improved SEO performance, user experience, and maintainability.

Site summary: A complete community and promotional website for a company in the financial services and insurance industry.
Public viewers can access information about the company and the services it provides.
Registered users can access and contribute to forums, and create articles, blog entries, and events, manage their own personal profiles, and use built-in messaging tools.
Project included design of a distinctive brand mark, logotype, and color scheme as part of a complete business identity package. |

Site summary: Promotion of prominent symphonic and chamber performer. Site includes Mr. Satinsky's bio, performance schedule, photos, streaming audio, and other information.

Client: DJC Editorial Services
Site summary: On-line brochure for book doctor, editor, and writing coach, with projects ranging from fiction to medical topics. Overview of the firm's services, features of selected publications and client testimonials, links to Amazon for book sales, contact information and newsletter.
An updated site was developed for the client, facilitating direct client management of content. This was built using Radiant CMS, a Ruby/Rails content management system.

Client: Weston Wealth Strategies
Site summary: Weston Wealth Strategies serves corporations and high net-worth individuals, offering financial management, insurance, planning for education and retirement, and other services. Site gives an overview of offerings, monthly newsletter and article archive, custom content management system, "premium" downloadable content (articles and whitepapers), contact database, newsletter sign-up, notices, image rotators, and portals to selected product offerings.
Monday Lambson has developed content for the site, including over 90 articles and an independent research study.
The website includes several on-line calculation and illustration tools for end-users.

Client: Rockport Acoustic Music Festival
Site summary: On-line news and announcements for the Rockport Acoustic Music Festival, an annual event in historic Rockport, Massachusetts. Site provides information on location, performers, and schedule. Includes gallery of photos of previous festivals, volunteer sign-up, information about linking to the site (primarily for use by local media and tourism sites), and links to performer Websites.
Now in our fourth year, we develop a completely new theme for each year.
Sites include streaming video, Flash animation, mailing and volunteer sign-up, and other enhancements.
